Rhiannon started spinning Bass House before the genre was established. Dual citizen of Canada and the UK\, Rhiannon was exposed to House\, Grime\, and Bassline at a young age. From 2001 to 2007 Rhiannon played vinyl records in these genres in Vancouver’s underground dance music scene and this led her to becoming recognized as the solid DJ that she is. Growing up\, she continued to be nominated and published in student journals\, community newspapers\, and other publications. After school\, she would study performing arts including ballet\, tap\, jazz\, musical theatre\, modern stage\, drama\, and piano. Her love for soccer took over\, however\, and she became a competitive athlete until university. In the year 2000\, Rhiannon taught herself how to DJ using Technics 1200 turntables\, a Behringer mixer\, and a stack of 12″ house\, electro\, and breakbeat records.
