With releases on labels like IN/ROTATION, Hood Politics, and House of Hustle, his productions have landed on club playlists across North America. Thomas has shared stages with world-class acts, delivering dynamic performances packed with crisp drops and relentless energy. Prayer Handz Hailing from Calgary, Prayer Handz brings a unique fusion of bass house, G-house, and hip-hop influenced grooves. His tracks have been supported by some of the scene’s biggest names, and his live sets are packed with dirty basslines and crowd-hyping vocals. Formed in 2016 by Vancouver music veterans Tom Taylor, Colin Nairne, and Wendy Bird—and now joined by Alli Lyde-Stad and David Hughes—The Radio Grande delivers songs that are both fresh and familiar, blending storytelling with timeless sound. Whether you’re a fan of rootsy originals, thoughtful covers, or just good old-fashioned live music that makes you feel something, this trio-turned-quintet is not to be missed. Their latest release, Wrapped in Plastic (2024), follows their debut album Town and Country (2020) and their cozy holiday cover of The Christmas Song (2021).
